MOA (Medical Office Assistant)
This certificate program equips students with the essential skills for front-office administrative roles in healthcare settings, including clinics, medical offices, and specialist practices. Through a practical, hands-on approach, students develop expertise in medical terminology, patient scheduling, electronic health records (EHR) management, billing and coding procedures, and professional office communication.

Meet the minimum level of English language proficiency from one of the following:
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic: minimum overall score of 5.5;
- Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL) Test: overall score of 40 or higher;

- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) IBT: minimum overall score of 46;
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 56 overall with no band less than 50
